warranty claims must be made to an authorized Simplify dealer. the warranty holder must present the purchase documents and prove the prescribed service to an authorized simplify dealer in accordance with the manual. according to this guarantee determination, simplify is only obliged to repair or replace defective parts in order to restore the functionality of the Paramotor itself. simplify or its distributors can not be held responsible for any damage incurred in connection with the use of the engine, even if caused by a fault in the engine.
